    School Description
    Classrooms
    10 classrooms, all 22 ft by 37 ft are available for rent. Each classroom has a a storage room. Two of the classrooms can be combined to create a one double classroom. If necessary additional classrooms can be available in the Sunday school section of the church.
    Handicap Access
    The school and gym have zero grade entrances (no steps). Elevators provide access to the second floor sections. Handicap bathrooms are available on each floor.
    Gym
    It is approx. 106 ft by 76 ft with a running track on the 2nd floor (6 laps to a mile). The second floor also has a weight room. Boys and girls locker rooms are located on the first floor (each locker room has a sauna).

    Lunchroom/Kitchen

    A full kitchen (approx. 31 ft by 31 ft) is adjacent to the lunchroom (104 ft by 44 ft). A storage room is adjacent to the kitchen. The lunchroom has a full stage on the west end (could be used for assemblies).
    Playground Area
    The area to the west of the building is fenced in and already has a playground structure for the younger students.

    Traffic

    The building has great exposure to the Lodge Freeway (US-10). A school sign on the north lawn could be possible.
    Expansion Area
    A grassy area to the north of the current church building is available for expansion.
    Parking Lot Description
    over 400 parking spaces are on the south of the building. The owner would consider building a dedicated school parking lot on the north side of the building.
    Heating
    The school section of the building has roof top units for forced air heating and cooling. The older sections of the building have a boiler for warm water radiant heat.
