    230 persons (approx. 65 ft. by 36 ft.). The sanctuary has fifteen sets of twelve foot pews. The choir stand can seat 20. A handicap ramp in on the north side of the church and provides handicap access to the upper floor and handicap chair rails provide access to the lower level.
    Kitchens
    Approx. 14 ft. by 27 ft. located in the lower level. The stainless steel fixtures have been removed from the kitchen. The plumbing stubs remain for the sinks. A smaller kitchenette area is located in the coffee hour area outside the sanctuary on the main floor. In effect the building has two kitchens.
    Classrooms
    Five classrooms are located in the building. The children’s church (22 ft by 48 ft) is located in the lower level.
    Nursery
    The nursery is on the main floor next to the sanctuary (20 ft by 21 ft) with its own half bath.
    Offices
    The pastor’s office is approx. 16 ft. by 18 ft. with custom built book shelves. The church secretary’s office has its own half bath. There are three offices throughout the building.
    Fellowship Hall
    Located in the lower level, next to the kitchen, (52 ft by 36 ft) . The building bathrooms are also located in the lower level. The fellowship hall has two serving windows and a door onto the kitchen.
    Parking Lot Description
    Parking for 38 cars in the parking lot to the west of the church.
    Freeway Access
    The property is located within 1 mile of the I-94 and Pelham interchange. It has great access to Telegraph (US24) and Southfield Freeway (US39)
