The building is on two floors with the parking lot to the north of the church.Extra Land for Development Description The grassy area to the south of the church is approx. 209 ft from the Hass curb. This could be redeveloped into two residential lots. The utilities area already at the curb. The split process can be done in the Dearborn Heights Building Department and should take 2 months. The homes would face Kinloch.Redevelopemnt of Complete Parcel Description The church can be demolished and then at least 6 lots could be developed along Kinloch. The lots would be 60 ft wide by 117 ft deep with the lot at the corner of Haas & Kinloch being approx. 80 ft by 117 ft. Prospective buyers should confirm the lot splits with the Dearborn Heights Building Department. Also, there are DTE electrical lines traversing the south end of the parcel.
