    Located in the lower level, approximately 86 ft by 46  ft with a stage on one end and adjacent kitchen.  A ccongregation could set up the stage as their altar and easily seat 150 to 250.  A serving window provides a direct connection from the kitchen to the fellowship hall.
    Kitchen Area
    Adjacent to the fellowship hall (20 ft by 32 ft) with a large commercial refrigerator. The kitchen has 5 sinks (3 sinks in the soak/wash/rinse set up), 6 burners, 5 ovens and a grill.  Renters can store their paper products/coffee in kitchen cupboards.  The kitchen also has a commercial dishwasher.
    Handicap Access
    The building has multiple entrances at grade level (no steps).  An elevator provides handicap access to the lower level.   
    Multiple classrooms are located on the first two levels. A standard classrooms is a large open area of 24 ft by 24 ft.  We could provide a renter with one larger classroom for their sanctuary use and two smaller classrooms for the renter’s  children.
    Multiple offices are located throughout the building.  Renting pastors can have an office in the building for use during St. Paul Presbyterian Church’s normal business hours. 
    Day Care Opportunity
    The facility has had day care operations in the past. A fenced outdoor playground area is available (needs major upgrading). We welcome the opportunity for a day-care operator to join us. Two of the classrooms have a restroom (with kindergarten toilet) located between the classrooms.
    Parking Lot Description
    The on site parking lot has room for 215 cars with an addiitonal 10 handicap parking spaces.
