How do I sell my church?
Selling a church in Michigan involves several key steps, starting with a thorough evaluation of the property to determine its fair market value. This is followed by marketing the property to potential buyers, which can include other religious organizations, community groups, or developers. After finding a buyer, the final step involves negotiating the terms of sale, conducting due diligence, and finally closing the deal with a legal transfer of the property.
