The former Beverly Theatre (built in 1937) is now for sale. The property includes the church building and two parking lots on the north side of Grand River.  The complete property is over 4 acres.  Seating 900, the sanctuary is decorated with ornate lighting and design.

The sanctuary, fellowship hall, kitchen, offices and classrooms total approx. 35,000 square feet on three floors (built 1937, renovated in 1981)

Sanctuary
Over 900 persons in seats with sloped seating. The sanctuary is approx. 115 ft by 80 ft. The sound board is located at the rear of the sanctuary.  Another production both is on the second floor overlooking the sanctuary.  The altar can seat another 25.  The sanctuary has ornate ceiling and lighting dating back to its original construction. The ceiling varies from 19 to 28 ft in height.

Baptismal Pool
The lobby was converted to a 46 ft by 30 ft seating area with a baptismal pool flush to the floor.  This area can double as a classroom or a coffee hour area. The church resale store (25 ft by 31 ft) is adjacent and also has a double door onto Grand River.

Fellowship Hall
60 ft by 53 ft with a separate set of bathrooms. The kitchen is adjacent. The fellowship hall on the main floor, ground level of the building.

Kitchen
1 grill with a fire suppression system and 4 sinks (kitchen is located adjacent to the fellowship hall). The overall size of the kitchen is 14 ft. by 20 ft. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator.  The walk in refrigerator and walk in freezer need new compressors.

Narthex
Prominent location on the east side of the building with a secure roll up door.  

Handicap Access
An entrance on the south side of the building provides access to the sanctuary which is on a slope connecting to the lobby outside the sanctuary.  The kitchen and fellowship hall are on grade level.                            

Classrooms
6 classrooms with most located in the lower level of the building.  They have their own set of bathrooms. An average classroom is 22 ft by 18 ft in size.  All the classrooms have natural light.     

Offices
Multiple offices are located throughout the building. The pastor’s office (20 ft by 18 ft) has a kitchen, full bath and conference room.  The first lady’s office, treasurer’s and business manager’s office is located on the upper floor.  There is a separate kitchenette for the other offices on the second floor.  The church security office is located off the main entrance.    

Parking
The church has a parking lot to the immediate south and east of the church building with 145 parking spaces and 13 handicap spaces.  The larger parking lot is located on the north side of Grand River providing over 250 parking spaces.         

Freeway Access
I-96 is less than 1/4 mile away from the property.  I-94 and the Davison Freeway are within 2 miles of the property.  The Lodge and I-75 are within 3 miles of the property. Over 15,000 cars a day pass the property (SEMCOG 2008 & 2016) 

Heating and Cooling
The building has two boilers to heat the building with warm radiant heat.  Multiple roof top units cool the majority of the building.   The building has some window air conditioning units and roof top units.  A sump pump is located in the boiler room.
