Fresh Fire African Methodist Episcopal Church for Sale

The church is 9,700 sq ft. The building is all on one floor with a handicap bathroom.

Sanctuary
Over 250 persons in chairs (octagon shape with 24 ft high ceiling). The sanctuary is approx. 59 ft by 37 ft. The altar is on a slightly elevated platform (a baptismal pool is at the rear of the altar) . A nursery (10 ft by 27 ft is at the rear of the sanctuary with a window onto the sanctuary).

Kitchen
The overall size of the kitchen is approx. 10 ft by 9 ft with a location adjacent to the fellowship hall. The kitchen has a stove with 6 burners and three sinks.

Fellowship Hall
41 ft by 37 ft adjacent to the kitchen. It is located on the south side of the building.

Classrooms
Six classrooms (10 ft by 17 ft is the largest) are located on the west side of the building. Offices Two offices are located on the top floor (Pastor’s office is 17 ft by 14 ft). The church secretary’s office is next to the pastor’s and they are connected by a doorway.

Parking
A gravel lot runs the north side of the property and hold approximately 60 cars

Heating and Cooling
A boiler heats the building and the sanctuary is air conditioned.
